What are the office hours?
We’re at the office 7 days a week. Stop by Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Sundays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
When can I access my storage unit or vehicle?
All tenants have access inside of the facility 7 days a week. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Sundays, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
What types of leases are offered?
We offer simple and flexible month to month leases. Keep your storage unit or parking space for however long you need. Give us a call about moving out protocol.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Create an account right here on our website and you’ll be able to pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We want to make everything easy for you, so if you run into issues with the online payment system, contact us. Sign up for auto-pay so that you never miss a payment.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept personal checks and cash for on-site payments.
Are there any administrative fees?
Yes. There is a one-time administrative fee of $20.

What are the security features?
The facility is under full video surveillance with perimeter fencing and coded gate access.
Am I able to purchase boxes and other storage supplies?
We’re a one stop shop! Purchase boxes, bubble wrap, disc locks, and much more for a great price.

Do I need my own lock?
All storage unit require a circular disc lock. You may provide your own disc lock or purchase one from us at the time of rental.

Am I required to have insurance?
Yes. All units require homeowners/renters insurance. Provide proof of your own with the names matching on the policy and lease or purchase insurance from us at the time of rental.

Do you offer shipping services?
Staff does accept mail and packages for tenants.

How do I rent a unit?
It’s quite simple. Head over to our unit prices page, select your storage unit, reserve for free, visit the facility, move in.

What am I not allowed to store?
Good question! Tenants are not allowed to store anything flammable, hazardous, or perishable, any liquids, living animals, fireworks, weapons, or illegal drugs and food items. Call if you have questions.
