Duties:

• Helps customers by facilitating storage unit rentals and answering telephones.
• Preparing Leases
• Provides directions by directing customers to storage & appropriate loading areas.
• Process cash and credit card receipts
• Maintains merchandise in sales area; marking or ticketing merchandise.
  Replenishes stock by obtaining merchandise from stockroom.
• Maintains quality results by following procedures and standards.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
• Updates service database by verifying and entering data.
• Enhances company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bilingual /Spanish a + (not required)
• Some computer knowledge helpful (will train right person)
• PUNCTUALITY IS AMUST. 
• Retail / Storage Experience a plus.
